A new work for trumpet and flugelhorn duet, commissioned by Kyle & Melissa, has been composed by Stanley Friedman. The piece is entitled 2x4: Domestic Tranquility.

The world premiere for the piece will be on February 12, 2014 at 8:00 PM at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
